It costs nothing to join the DenteMax network. There are no application fees, no annual dues, and no free services. There are also no long-term contracts to sign. You can even terminate our agreement with as little as 30 days notice!

DenteMax is NOT a capitation or a DHMO plan. ALL treatment under the plan is on a fee-for-service basis.
